Designer script to dynamically change office addresses

Hi-- We have 10 district offices, each one has a different address.  We would like to create a vb.net or c# script in designer that would read the value from a data field  (called "District" with a value entered by the user such as "Portland") and based on the value .net code would set the "address" variable equal to "333 SW 1st Ave, Portland, Oregon 97208" Depending on what district was entered.  We need this to reduce the number of map templates we would have to build to support our Essentials applications.   Can you provide some sample code that we could hack in geocortex designer that would read the "district" variable and set the "address" variable to the offices address and have the text show up in our map template at print time?   This would be a great help and a great start to some cool intellegent applications.
