Virtual Directory validation with Post Installer 2.3.1

Hi,   I'm trying to complete the migration from 2.2.2 -> 2.3.1 using the Post Installer. (Thanks for the fixing the index out of bounds error btw) I migrated the sites over but when I click "Finish", I get a validation message indicating "Web application /Geocortex/Essentials/Web already exists" on the Configure the Viewer section. Not sure if I understand the documentation correctly, but should I change the virtual path to point to the newly migrated location of Essentials? In my case, the migrated sites are now in D:\Apps\BSS\dev\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials 2.3.0+\Default\Web ADF Elements\Web. Thanks!
