Charlotte Default sites down

Hi. I'm trying to open the default and charlotte sites from geocortex essentials manager, it appears the link is broken. It worked yesterday, so I assume it is a problem with the external server that hosts the sites. Just thought I should mention it. If it still works for others, please tell me.

 

I get:   Geocortex Essentials Application Error   The ArcGIS Server Internet map service 'Charlotte' with definition 'Main Map@Charlotte' is invalid or currently unavailable. Underlying cause: The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.     I
