Geocortex Essentials 2.2

My Geocortex Essential was always working. Until recently, I got a new PC with windows 2003 and I upgraded to Essentials 2.2,

 

I got following errors,

 

"A login error has occurred.

 

Please ensure that your user name and password are correct. If you are still unable to login, please contact your system administrator."

 

The detail is
