Move license from one pc to another

I Previously used a PC as development environment I'm dealing with a different and i would like to know how to migrate the license that had in the other computer. I have the files .dlsc were kept in the \All Users\ App Data\Latitude\License\ but I guess I can not use the same files as it is another machine.

  Hi Gil,   .dlsc files are tied to the pc they were created on.  You will need to run the activation utility (from the start menu) on the new pc that is hosting Essentials and input your activation key.  The key is good for up to three machines (2 Devel, 1 Production).  If you have already reached your limit you will need to contact (OfficeAdmin@latitudegeo.com) for an extension.
