css issues with position and some html notices

I'm working with GeoWeb 3.1 (based on geocortex). I'm having several issues with CSS. i will try to explain meself but english is not my native language. When viewing the code i found of the SelectionReport i found the following error's / notices this should not be a span but a Then the SelectionReportInnerReportFloatingPanel is contained by the above tag ( ) In firefox the floating panel will not float outside of the span. Containing the download option for a report within this box. And overlapping with other elements. When using datalinks on the layer there are several TABS. The TABS go over the floating panel. The floating panel has a very high z-index so i don't see why this happens all tested in firefox and IE 7. The z-index problem with the tabs only happens in firefox
