Cannot accees Essentials Manager

    If this is the built in Windows administrator group and Web ADF Manager, then this is a known issue with User Access Control -- a member of the Administrators group is not the same as the Administrator, and access through the group is denied. To get around this, create another group for Essentials admin access, and set the name of this group in the web.config file in the Manager Web Service folder. At the top of this file you will see this line that you can change:

    <add key="WebServiceAdminRoleName" value="BUILTIN\Administrators" />
