Use of Field Alias Names in REST Manger Bug

I am pretty sure this is a bug 3.3 REST manager. In rest manger when setting up feature labels, descriptions for layers that have alias names for each field only the alias name will work when enter the alias an invalid token error displays but it works in the viewer fine. Shouldn't it accpet either the true fieldname or the alias. Basically when I use the dropdown to insert values they don't work so I need to manually enter all of the column names in the manager. I attached a screen shot as well. Also it appears to be case sensitive as well so even my alias field names that are in standard case require the alias as well.   Nick Hetrick City of Auburn GIS

  Hi Nick,

  This is actually something that we are addressing in the Silverlight Viewer. The viewer will be able to resolve tokens from true or aliased fields when it processes feature data.

  REST Manager will stay the same. It will always suggest and expect true field names. This should keep things nice and consistent on the configuration side and mitigate case sensitivity issues (the suggested field names are already properly cased).

  In the mean time you can continue to configure aliases in Manager.
