    Hi Mike,

If you don't want (or can't) add users to the Administrators group, then the simplest alternative would be to swap out the membership and role providers for the REST Manager application to redefine who's allowed to manage sites.  If you are familiar with ASP.NET membership providers then you can dive right into the web.config file for the RestManager application and set it in there; otherwise, give us a few days and we'll try to post a new Knowledge Base article on what needs to be done.

You wouldn't need to configure a new group or set permissions; we do not use the logged-in user identity once you're inside the Manager application so that's not an issue.

There is no web interface for the workflow designer, but you should be able to share the program among other users in your organization.  I believe that with REST Manager it is possible to upload files into the "virtual directory", so your site authors could create workflows on their computer, upload them to the virtual directory in Essentials, and then refer to them from within their Site.

    Regards,
