Bing Map Layers Not Working in 3.4.1?

Hello,

I am receiving an error when the site initializes with a single Bing Road map.  The Bing layer shows up correctly in the RestManager in the preview map.  The LayerInitializationFailed event is firing with this layer.  When I inspect the layer in the LayerInitializationFailed event the ServiceUrl and ServiceLayer properties are null.   I could not find any documentation on adding on Bing Services.  I added it through the RestManager.  Is there something that I am missing here?
