Dynamic DateTime Stamp on PrintTemplate

How can I add a date/time stamp to a print template?  Is there an example somewhere?

  The LowIncome report on the Charlotte site has an example of this.  In the Page Footer.

  Typically the sample reports are here:

  C\Program Files\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Sample Sites\Resources\TemplateReports

  You can't open these from a share without seeing an error, you'll have to copy to your local drive.
