Picture in Map Tip

I would like to have the ability to add pictures from a file location or URL to be embedded in a map tip. This would remove the extra clicks required to view additional details and then follow a hyperlink.

The examples I have in mind are showing river gauges where you could run your mouse down the river to detect flood peaks.

The display size of the picture in the map tip could be specified in the Geocortex Essentials Manager. If the actual picture is larger, it will be resized to fit inside the map tip. Clicking on the picture could display the full size picture (if available) in a separate window.
