Circle markup with fixed radius

Silverlight viewer: Lokning for the ability to type in a radius with which the circle markup Will be drawn. The center of the circle will be located where the user points in the map.

  Did anything ever come of this?
  We are new to essentials and are using the htmlviewer version.
  My test users have asked for this very thing.
  Is this possible or is there a custom tool that will do this sort of thing?
