AddMarkup ( No Fill )

I have a buffer workflow that does with one little change, I would like the Buffer to have no fill.  Does anyone know how to AddMarkup without the color fill?

Maybe AddCustomMarkup is what I should use but I can not figure out how to use that.

 

AddCustomMarkup Result from Admin / Dev Guide:

 

Adds a custom markup to the markup

 

layer. This command allows you to

 

supply both the geometry and

 

symbology wrapped in a

 

MarkupParameters object.

  Realized that using AddCustomMarker is not possible from the Workflow Manager because Geocortex.EssentialsSilverlightViewer.Infrastructure.Models.MarkupParameters is not accessible from the Manager.
