map-to-dataset transformation error when adding a map to a report

I'm trying to create a report that has a map in the report header.  In the report header I added a subreport (ReportName=MapSubReport, Tag=LowIncomeMap.rpx).  I then created LowIncomeMap.rpx, which contains a single GeoCortex Essentials Main Map.

When I try to run the report, it gives the error "Error occured during REST request: Generating a map image for a map-to-dataset transformation failed because the Map reference was null."

Any ideas what I'm missing?

  I got it working.  The sub-report information wasn't getting written to the site.xml file correctly (not sure why not).  I deleted the report from my site and re-added it, and it worked.
