Print template output location
Hi,
Can anybody tell me how I can change the print template output location?
currently, when I create a template, the output (pdf) file is created in this location: (http://%3cserver/) http://<servername>/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/TempFiles/blahblahblah.pdf
The <servername> is the actual server name where the REST is installed. Since the user is using this site from outside of our network, i need the url to be something like this:
(http://%3cexternalurl%3e/Geoco) http://<externalURL>/Geocortex/Essentials/REST/TempFiles/blahblahblah.pdf
Where can I tell the print template to use the external URL instead of the internal server name?
thanks, Kyung

Found the answer to my problem from previous forum.

Hi, I am trying to solve a simlar issue and would like access to the link that solved it for Kyung Lee:

We have a site running on a second instance of essentials through a reverse proxy. The print template runs fine but when a user tries to view the file, it goes to:
https://maps.npca.ca/Geocortex/Essentials/Public_GEREST/TempFiles/Letter%20Landscape.pdf?guid=4fbc46ca-a7f9-4c08-af64-e1f3f76f9d89&contentType=application%2Fpdf
instead of:
https://maps.npca.ca/Geocortex/Essentials/Public_GE/REST/TempFiles/Letter%20Landscape.pdf?guid=4fbc46ca-a7f9-4c08-af64-e1f3f76f9d89&contentType=application%2Fpdf
In short, I need to add 'Public_GE' to the path.
Thanks,
