net_uri_SizeLimit error *

After upgrade to version 3.5, and Silverlight Viewer 1.3, our search workflows are throwing an "net_uri_SizeLimit" error, whenever a large result set is returned.

The interesting thing is that the correct result set is still being returned, just that the error will be thrown at the very end of the workflows./customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000e8833EAA

Anyway to fix this?
