Decimal minutes

Guys,

bit of an odd one, but ran some training courses in the new release of our GE Silverlight application yesterday and our Air Observers were all asking if there was the possibility of adding DM.m to the existing formats DMS and DD for the Enter Coords tool.

the DM.m is the one they are after the most!  The calcs look simple enough, just getting it into the UI ; )
