re-ordering print templates in Rest manager

Guys,

something simple, and can be achieved by adjusting the site.xml file, but nonetheless, it would be nice to be able to re-order the list of available print templates in the Rest Manager.

also - why can't the manager read in the text fields by default? can this be an additional option, as it's obviously smart enough to know what ones are available to add. Adding them all manually each time is a bit of a pain....(albeit minor ; )
