Empty Description fields when an "&" is in a field

I wasn't sure if I should post this in the Core forum or the Silverlight forum, but I'll start here since the configuration is set in the site.xml...

I've discovered if there's an ampersand in a text field used in either the "Feature Description" or "Feature Long Description" configuration, the result window is empty.  Removing the "&" from the field and replacing it with the word "and" resolves the problem.  It's more of a problem if the field contains a URL and the URL uses the "&" symbol as part of the address. 

For example, including http://elections.state.wi.us/docview.asp?docid=10506&locid=47 causes the entire Description to be blank.  If I truncate the URL and remove the "&" and everything following, the Decription field is populated.

  Thanks Steve,

  This has been identified as an issue and is already fixed.  The fix will be available in the next release of the Silverlight Viewer.

  "/" is doing the same thing.

  And as I posted on another thread (that currently has no replies), the single-quote character is behaving in a similar way, where the single-quotes are replaced with an HTML entity in the feature properties window, but not in the identified/selected features windows.
