Feature Hyperlink - Disabled state for null values

When a feature record has a null or blank value in the field applied to a Feature Hyperlink, the link shows in an active state.  An enhancement would be to recognize the null or blank, and to disable or gray out the hyperlink.  This would give the user a visual indicator that the link isn't available instead of an active link that can be clicked yet nothing happens.
