ArcGIS Security Issue

Hi, I'm trying to implement ArcGIS Server security (Windows authentication).  I've added agsusers & agsadmin to the map services folder. I don't have Tokens enabled.  Geocortex - Rest has Anonymous and Windows Authentication enabled.  I'm able to browse to the Rest services endpoints and the Essentials sites folders.

However, I can't access the map services from essentials manager and they won't display in my viewers.  When I attempt to create a new site I get an SSL error:

/customer/servlet/servlet.FileDownload?file=00P6000000e88DhEAI

  Hi Dan,

  If your map services are on the same computer as Essentials, put the Essentials and EssentialsAdmin local users into the agusers group.

  If your map services are on a different computer, get a domain user made that will run Essentials, set the identity of the app pool running Essentials and EssentialsAdmin to that domain user, and then add the user to agsusers on the ArcGIS Server computer.

  Hi Malcolm,

  The maps services and Essentials are on the same computer.  I've confirmed that Essentials and EssentialsAdmin local users are in the agusers group.  Any other ideas?
