Refresh of map after editing update

Howdy,

but I'm interested in hearing any feedback on the progress of this potential update? Currently (viewer 1.5) the user makes an edit ie. deletes features, and the they have to refresh the map to see the changes. I'm currently using a workflow to add new features and this can refresh the map, so in keeping with this expectation for want of a better word, can the standard edit tools update the map on a commit of the changes made?
