Rest Manager Help

I have an intern working for me, trying to develop some websites for us.  When he tries to use the Help for Geocortex Rest Manager v 3.8, clicking on most of the topics doesn't give any information.  Any ideas on what the problem might be?

  Hi Tom,

  If you click the Application Help on the top of the REST Manager interface, are you able to locate the topics that way?  Or, are you missing content?

  When we first clicked on the Application Help we got the categories but no content.  When I tried it today, it worked!  Just one of those things I guess.  Thanks for taking the time to respond.
