Related data tab

Has anybody had any trouble getting related data to appear in the 'View Additional Details' pop-up?  I've got the relationship classes added to the layer in Manager (see below),  but when I use the 'Point Identify' tool and click on a feature that I know has related data, I don't see that tab in the 'View Additional Details' pop-up.  Is there something else I need to do?  Or is there anything else I might be doing wrong in setting this up?

  Hi Peter,

  I been using relates for the last few weeks without any problems.

  Sounds like a security access issue..

  Hi Ken and thanks for the reply.

  I don't think that's it.  The stand-alone related tables are in the same database as the feature class and have the exact same data privileges.

  Any other ideas?

  do you do any better when you use the Data Links instead? Is there actualy a need to get all flash and use Relationships?

  Everyone,

  I just published a service with one of my layers containing a relationship to an external data connection. I can see the relationship in the REST end point. After adding the relationship to my site, there are no new tabs added to my details windows, nor is there any additional fields to include side of the map.

  Am I missing a step?

  I've noticed that if you click on a result before the search operation has finished (indicated by the spinning circle), the related data doesn't appear. If you wait until the search has finished, the related data will show. If you click on the result too soon you will need to re-run the search. Also note that it doesn't seem to work with feature services at all.

  This issue manifests with both a relationship already defined in the mxd (via a FGDB relationship class), and with an Essentials data link to an external SQL Server database.

  This is with GE 3.15 / SL 1.10.1. Hopefully this bug has been fixed in later releases?

  Same issue...datalinks work fine. Relates sometimes come in, sometimes do not.  Any update on fix?

  is there a way to put a back button on the panel where the related data shows? or a way to programmatically close the panel?

  I'm having the issue below for relates:
