I just read the install doc provided with version 3.8.... I think it needs an update!!! It refers to version 2.1 and 3.1 but never 3.8...

  Thanks Micah, we have updated most of the screenshots and text in the manual to better reflect "modern" Essentials.  The 3.9 manual has some improvements.
