Adding Attachments

Hi, Has anyone had any success adding attachments through a workflow?  Any insight on how that's done?

  I would like to know as well I have been playing with setting this up and seem to be stuck on how do I select the feature to add an attachement to. Would this come from the capture geometry tool and using a query task to access the attributes? If anyone could share it would be helpful for me as well
