Where do I get a list of all the "Command Names"

In multiple workflow objects (example RunExternalCommand) there is a requirement for a Command Name in string format.  Can someone direct me to a page or pdf that has a list of all these Command Names?

  assuming you are using the Silverlight viewer, try Section 14? of the Admin and Developers Guide
