Apply Changes Button inconsistent

Hi to all

I have noticed that theApply Changes button within the REST Manager in helpfully at the top and bottom of some of the configuration screens.

It would be hlpful if it could be at the top and bottom of all of the configuration screen.

  I like this so much. I don't think it would be bad to have a second button that is "Apply and Save" that way we can just do both. I'm sure there are use cases for applying only, but I have never had that be the case.
