Hidden Field Still displaying?

Hi,

 

 

So I created a simple ARN search workflow that only returns the ARN #, Address and Streetname.

In Geocortex, I have also made these the only fields shown, and the rest are hidden.

 

 

In the workflow the only output fields I have are "Add1,STREETNAME, ARN"  (Those are the field names)

 

For some reason, anytime I test the workflow in Geocortex as well as within the Designer, another field is coming up as the output as well as the other fields.

This field is called "Name".

I'm at a total loss as to why this is displaying since it's hidden everywhere. I've even tried messing around with the output fields, adding/removing things and Name shows up EVERY TIME!

 

 

Has anyone encountered this before?

 

 

I'm thinking of just deleting this field in the MXD!
