Using https/http in workflows
Folks,
We've got a bit of a conundrum happening....
Most of our users are directed to our http (network) site and all workflows with containers/forms with images referenced as http:// show up fine. Now when someone is not on the network proper, they get redirected to https://, in which case the workflows and their set URIs for the containers/form images are now no longer valid. I've tried a 'relative' path type approach to try to eliminate the need to ive the URI's absolute paths... ie. SourceUri = ../Sites/Bushfire/Viewers/Bushfire/VirtualDirectory/Resources/Check.png but to no avail. Short of setting up separate external sites that has everything hard coded to https, I'm not sure what else to try!
It goes much further than just images on the forms, as we are also wrestling with autocomplete boxes etc, that have hard coded http addresses, so as you can imagine, those coming in via https are not getting the type-ahead behaviour although the searches will work as they are wildcarded in the end.
any thoughts on any of the above - can we set relative rather than absolute paths for workflow form entries?
again, TIA
Gareth
