Essentials Rest Services 503 Service Unavailable
Hi,
We have started getting episodic 503 service unavailable errors on our essentitals rest services which I believe is why we have been getting initialization errors in our silverlight viewer (http://tools.oregonexplorer.info/oe_map_viewer/viewer.html?Viewer=OE) . There had been an old forum post for WebADF generation that had similar discussion with a link to a video on how to reset application pool identities, but that link does not work. Is that video still available somewhere else?
Related to this we have been getting some odd behavior in Manager when we login and try to edit certain large sites, it kicks us out and puts us back to the logon page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just installed 3.10 and that has cleared up my issues for now. Still not clear what had been going on. We had re-installed 3.9 and that had not helped before...
