Workflow Designer NotImplementedException (GE3.10)

Hi to all

Unfortunately I am now getting a Workflow Designer NotImplementedException when I try to Design a Form in my workflow. This is since upgrading to GE3.10 and using Workflow Designer 2.14.0.246

I thought that maybe this was due to content of my workflow but occur when creating a new one as well. Possibly related to .net 4.5 support?

Any thoughts?

  Same issue here.  Windows 2008 R2, GE 3.10, SL 1.6

  Workflow Designer 2.14.0.246 with .NET 4.0.30319 - NotImplementedException: The method or operation is not implemented.

  Same here.

  Windows 7, GE 3.10

  WFD 2.14.0.246.

  .NET 4.0.30319

  Hi All,

  This problem is due to a missing assembly in Workflow Designer. Specifically "WPFToolkit.Extended.dll" is missing from the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\<InstanceName>\Workflow Designer" directory. This assembly is in fact part of the installer but due to a quirk in MSI this particular file gets excluded when you do an in place upgrade. To fix this issue:

  1. Open the Windows Control Panel,
  2. Select Programs and Features,
  3. Right-click your Geocortex Essentials instance and select Repair.
  4. This will restore the missing file.

   

  When you are installing a new instance of Essentials or using the standalone Workflow Designer self extracting executable this is not an issue.

  That solved the issue on my windows 7, moving on to my 2008 R2.
