Display Form Tool Issue in Workflow

Since upgrading to Essential 3.10 last week, I've been unable to access the DisplayForm tool in workflow. We were wanting to change the form for our geocode tool and now when I click the 'design form' button, I receive an error saying "Not Implemented Exception: The method or operation is not implemented". Is there another step after installing 3.10 that I am unaware of? I upgraded the silverlight viewer along with it and all other workflows seem to be working fine. It is only the ones with DisplayForm that are having difficulty. And even then - it still runs fine, I just can't modify the form by pressing the design form button. It isn't a problem with any of the variables... I opened up a new work flow and even with nothing in the form, I can't click on the design form button. If this has come up for anyone else or if anyone knows the answer, help would be appreciated! Thanks!
