weird result from global search
v1.1 - I've set one layer to be searchable, and when I did a search that layer came back with proper results, but I also got a bunch of towns/cities from around the world, with various scores attached - where is this coming from, and how do I get rid of it?

By default the esri places and bing geocoders are listed in the search providers. You can turn them off in your json config files.

Thanks Nick. I saw two ESRI and one Bing Geocoder that I was able to set "enable" to false, which seemed to work. I'm assuming that I could put the URL on my own geocoding services in their place... do you know what the singleLineField setting does?

Single line is something new they added in ArcGIS 10. If you are using 10 you will see that you can enter in the single line address field in the text box. There is an article from ESRI about it that I posted below. I was confused as well when they introduced this.
