Non-alphabetical ordering of element attributes in Site.xml

Hi to all

there are times when it is quicker / easier to edit the Site.xml file manually rather than using the REST manager.

One of the areas where this is not so easy is the editing of the Command attribute for a Datalink. This is currently being written as the first attribute but from a manual edit point of view it would probably be easier if it was the last attribute. Having the order of ID,DisplayName, DataConnectionID, IsOneToOne, Visible, Command would be much easier to work with. (Some of the Commands can be quite long)

Similar issues are apparent with the Layer element where the Name ends up in the middle of the attributes

Essentially the attributes are in alphabetical order rather than 'managerial' order if that makes sense.
