Server Error in /Geocortex/Essentials/Rest

Hello,

I got this error "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it "my IP":724."

I checked Geocortex Agent which runs fine and I restarted Geocortex Agent. Then, I run the post installation. I got the error "Essentials could not connect to Application Services".

Any suggestions are highly appreciated.

By the way, if I run the repair Geocortex Essentials, will my service be deleted?

  In IIS, I got the same error. However, Essentials Admin is OK.
