    Hi Robin,

I think that the resource center login is the same as your support center login.  Is that not working for you?

I have the same issue, and for sure I am using the same account as for the support center. I suspect that the password I am using might be too long (20 characters) ... could it be?

Your resource center login  might be your old support center  login before the support center upgrade. That's what i remember - havent accessed it very recently.

resources.geocortex.com has not been updated since 2012. I would suggest using the REST API documentation within the Sample Viewer.

    Hi Edgar,

Subu and Tom are correct, but I'll elaborate a little:

The Resource Center uses the same authentication as our old Support Center. When we moved to our new Support Center last September, planning had also begun for a new Resource Center, which is now under active development. Given that much of the old Resource Center had not been updated in some time, and its replacement uses different technologies, the old system has been left as-is for the time being. I don't have an ETA for the new Resource Center, but it's one of our top priorities right now.

If you had an account in the old Support Center, and you still know your password, you can use these credentials to access the Resource Center. If you don't have one of the old accounts, or you can't remember your password, you can send me an email at (community@geocortex.com) and I'll get you sorted.

As Tom has said, though, if you're interested in the most up-to-date Geocortex JavaScript API documentation, your best bet is to check the Geocortex HTML5 SDK Samples that ship with the HTML5 viewer. These can be found in the viewer's zip file under Samples/SamplesViewer/.

    Hope that helps!

Back to the original poster's question, where are the REST API documents currently?

The REST API documentation is installed with Essentials. By default, it will be installed here:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Latitude Geographics\Geocortex Essentials\Default\REST Elements\Docs

The Geocortex SDK for HTML5 API Reference ships with the HTML5 viewer and can be found within the distribution (see section 22.4 of the Geocortex Viewer for HTML5 Administrator and Developer Guide for more information). It can also be found online (http://gedemo.geocortex.com/SamplesViewer/) here .
