Extract Data Workflow hyperlink not working
Sorry for the double post. I posted this in the Silverlight API forum but I think it should be here instead.
I'm using the Silverlight Viewer 1.7 and am trying to implement the Extract Data workflow. I have successfully added the workflow to my viewer and have changed the geoprocessing and geometry service urls to our own services. The workflow runs but when it gets to the point of downloading the data I am unsuccessful. When I click the hyperlink to download the data, nothing happens. No windows open, no error messages, nothing (I verified that with Fiddler as well). I'm pretty sure it isn't a problem with a popup blocker because I added the original workflow to the Charlotte map viewer and when I click the hyperlink to download the data, a new window opens up and I can download the data. Any suggestions?

A little more information. When I run the workflow, the result.Url value is empty. I tested this by adding an alert. Do I need to change the output zip file value from the Extract Data Task geoprocessing service to something else rather than the default of %scratchworkspace%\output.zip ?

If anyone is interested, I have solved my own problem. The problem was as follows:
- I needed to set up a virtual directory in IIS to reference my arcgisjobs folder
- I needed to reference that virtual directory in my geoprocessing service
