Cattyann,

Hello,
Will the Quickstart solution for the 1.8 viewer be available for download soon?
We are having problems getting our (recompiled) custom modules from previous version to work in the 1.8 viewer.
A 1.8 Quickstart example would be helpful to identify which versions we need of various assemblies from ESRI, Geocortex and Microsoft.
Thanks.

Also, if you need to know which versions of assemblies to build against for any particular version of the Viewer you can unzip the .xap files that live in its 'ClientBin' folder and look inside. Use 7zip for this, or copy the .xap and rename it .zip so Windows can handle it.

Yes thanks Jonathan and Peter. We have the 1.8 viewer compiling and running/debugging OK now thanks.
One problem was having Copy Local = True on referenced DLLs so we had redundant copies of the Geocortex and ESRI DLLs in our custom XAPs.
Also the 1.8 viewer uses v 2.11 of Geocortex Silverlight API, but there is no API version 2.11 in the Geocortex Downloads area, so we thought it still used v 2.10
Would it be possible to get the 2.11 API added to your downloads site?
Thanks,
Rex.
