Apostrophe (') in map tips

Hi,

We're getting ' in place of apostrophes on our map tips but not when a user carries out an identify and results are returned (see image below for an example). I gather ' is xml for apostrophe so am wondering how Geocortex is handling it differently between the two methods and if there's a simple fix. The data is coming out of ArcGIS 10 SP5 SDE.
