Too Many "Launch URL"s: Viewers in Essentials Manager
Hello,
Our first attempt to upgrade Essentials and SL Viewer.
We upgraded to Essentials 3.12 with no problems. Then we upgraded the Silverlight Viewer template to using 1.8 -- using the Post Installation and installing templates to use within Essentials Manager.
We deployed using the machine name but then the SL viewer wouldn't work outside the server. So, we tried to re-deploy using the domain name. Then made a mistake along the way. So we decided to totally delete the 1_8 viewer template using the Post Installation Configure Templates dialog.
Then we tried to re-add the 1.8 template which seemed to be successful.
But upon viewing the "Viewers" for the Site -- we see 3 different launch urls -- only one (middle one) is the one we expected to see. We cannot figure out how to remove the other URLS. We have searched and searched configs everywhere. We have restarted IIS and even restarted the server. Here is what we see:
