using the system.drawing.imageconvertor?

I Need to convert several jpg files to a single pdf format file. I was looking at the demo video of C# and VB.net script tool.  Is there a way to convert jpg btye[] files to pdf byte[] files?  then I could use the append pdf activity to create the pdf image package my users are asking for.  I would like to see some sample syntax to help me along with this probelm.

Is there an easier way to do this same task ?
