Identify on WMS/WFS layer

I have a site where I added a WMS layer with an accompanying WFS layer that is used in identify operations. This works perfect.

I added some custom functionality to the SL viewer, that dynamically appends a (http://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/googleearth/features/filters.html) cql_filter parameter to the WMS url, to filter the displayed features. This also works.

The only problem now, is that when I do an identify, features are found that are not displayed on the map, because the filter is not applied to the WFS request.

Is there a way to change the URL of the WFS service as well?
