Related Tables *

I have an mxd that contains a shapefile and related tables (dbf's).

This is published as a service, when I add it to my site, the relationships appear in the Relationships tab of the layer.

Once I have them added however, they do not appear when the layer is identified.

Is there an issue with the tables not being inside a GDB?
