GetLayerVisibility - anbody got this to work?

I just added the GetLayerVisibility activity to a workflow. Upon configuring it, adding it to a viewer, and running it, the workflow continues to run as if it's in a infinite loop (no errors either).

I passed in the Mapservice ID "0" and Layer ID "1". I also tried Layer Name of "County". No dice.

Is there any way to analyze the quest that going out to run the operation or other debugging techniques.

Any thoughts?

  If this is the new  activity included with essentials 3.13. I believe it says it requires silverlight viewer 1.9 in order to work which has not yet been released. I have been waiting on this activity as well.
