Print Template Location on 3.12
I am trying to load some print templates to a new install of Essentials 3.12. On previous versions of the software we were able to load them in the {root}\Sites\Resources\PrintTemplates. On this install I noticed that there is not a Resources folder in the Sites folder. I have tried many different folders and have gotten back the same error every time "The Location is not a valid print template. Please ensure that the template is a valid 'rpx' file and that all subreport references are correct." I am not 100% on what this stands for other than I cannot load the template from this location. I tried creating the resources folder and I get the same error.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Tim,
Assuming you can open the RPX files in Geocortex Report Designer, this error message is likely indicating that the subreport references are incorrect.
The standard print templates we ship use a subreport for the legend. So, if the "Legend.rpx" file is missing from the folder that contains your reports, they won't load, since Essentials is unable to find the legend subreport.
To double check, open your report in Report Designer, and locate the Subreport elements. Check the Tag attribute of these elements for the file name of the subreport RPX file they reference, and ensure that they are reachable.

Malcolm,
Thank you very much. I was able to copy the old Legend.rpx into the new template location then I could load the Print Templates into Geocortex.
Thanks for your response.Tim
