Unable to see viewer in Firefox or Chrome

Not sure why, but whenever I try to create an open an HTML5 1.2 viewer in either chrome or firefox, nothing appears. They work in IE8 however. Any ideas what's wrong?

  I'm sorry to hear that Chad. So nothing at all appears (including the I Want To Menu, Header bar, etc)? Is the site accessible from the web? 

  One thing to try would be to open Chrome to a new tab, press F12 (which will bring up the developer tools), Click on 'Console' in the bar which would have launched midway down the page, and then open the viewer. Now as the page loads, if an error occurs, it should show up in Red in that bottom section.

  Nothing whatsoever appears. I started Firebug (a firefox extension similar to Chrome's dev tools) and it did report an error. It said the server is not allowed by Access-Control-Allow-Origin.

  I looked at the URL and noticed it was trying to access the server using http://<servername>/Html5Viewer_1_2/Index.html?viewerConfigUri=http://<servername>.glendaleca.internal /Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/Planning/viewers/HTMLTest/virtualdirectory/Resources/Config/Default/Desktop.json.js

  rather than

  http://gisdev01/Html5Viewer_1_2/Index.html?viewerConfigUri=http://<servername> /Geocortex/Essentials/REST/sites/Planning/viewers/HTMLTest/virtualdirectory/Resources/Config/Default/Desktop.json.js

  Once I made that change, it works just fine.
