Projects suggestion

Projects: Suggestion - I'd like to see projects become a way to save user preferences and settings. This would include map tip settings, identify "Display for…." settings, Coordinate System, and other user configurable settings. Especially with some of the newer features like dynamic symbolization, layer order, etc... Great if these can be stored with a project. Thanks.
