WorkFlow Error in HTML5 1.2

I just created an HTML5 viewer 1.2.  I added a workflow to the I want to... Menu.  The command I used is the RunWorkFlowbyID and pointed it to the workflow.  This workflow functions just fine in GE 3.14 with SL 1.9.  What am I missing?  Error message is below.  Thanks, Jason
